You do not need to write a perfect bug report. Include as many of these as you can, and describe the issue in your own words:

  1. The app name
  2. Your iPhone or iPad model
  3. Your iOS or iPadOS version
  4. The app version, if available
  5. A clear description of what happened and what you expected
  6. Steps to reproduce the issue, plus a screenshot if it is helpful
